The DIVA 20-DI is a drop-in, double burner induction cooktop, powered by a 6400W generator producing over 43,000 BTU?s of power. It is designed for both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house applications, and its low profile design makes it easy to place and ergonomically easier to work with. The control panel uses knobs and is housed under glass and can therefore not be damaged by repeated use or jagged edges. The burner incorporates a double generator coil that automatically expands from 6? to 9? and is protected by over-heat and over-flow safety features. DIVA COMMERCIAL INDUCTION PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE.
